We can then make an appointment with you to visit you at your home. Before we come over, we will ask you to have your property tax receipts and a copy of your deed, and any other paperwork which will be useful or needed to help sell your home. For example: survey maps, tax maps, or any special pictures you may have that complement your home or property. 

When we visit, you will have an opportunity to tell us about your home, how long you have been there, why you are selling etc. We will get to know you and your needs to better help you sell your home.
